The effectiveness of the therapeutic process can be increased through  good appointment planning. You may need to allow at least two hours for your initial in person session in order to get to know your therapist, complete required paper work, and establish your individual goals.  Appointments should be scheduled during a time when you can focus all of your attention on your needs and not have to rush to pick up the kids or to another appointment.

Fee for service counseling services are offered for people that do not want to use their insurance or do not have insurance in my office at the address below. 

If insurance will not be used payment can be made by check or credit/debit cards at the time of your scheduled session.

Brevard County residents can visit me in my office at 916 Columbus Ave. in Melbourne, Florida near the historic downtown area of Melbourne.  Appointments can be made by calling (321) 213-7370 or by going to www.therapyappointment.com to make an appointment online.  Insurance plans are accepted.  If you are making your first appointment, please have your insurance information available and make sure I am a provider for your insurance.  I am in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
